Small Group Training
TRAC offers small group training sessions also known as HIIT classes (High Intensity Interval Training).
These classes are run by a fitness professional in the Health Club on various times/days of the week (please see current Group Fitness timetable for exact times/days of these classes).
These sessions are designed for everyone to help reach your fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment.
These small group training sessions involve functional movement patterns.
These classes are free to all Club members. Casual classes can be purchased from reception for non-members.
