COVID-19 Update


We are excited to announce that TRAC is re-opening from Monday 9th November 2020 at 6am

Due to the current restrictions and contact tracing requirements, we do require an online booking to secure your place for a group fitness class, pool and health club access. To book your place, go to; https://book.nabooki.com/iloveTRAC or via the "Book Now" button on our Facebook page. Please be aware, bookings can only be made up to 2 days in advance.

Bookings for Health Club / Group Fitness

Due to the current restrictions of 10 participants in each space, we do recommend booking your place for a health club session in the Main Gym or womens gym. To book your place, go to; https://book.nabooki.com/iloveTRAC or via the "Book Now" button on our Facebook page.

Session times are 45 mins and can be booked on the hour. 

Bookings for Swimming

Due to current restrictions, pool access numbers are reduced, please ensure you book your pool visit in advance through https://book.nabooki.com/iloveTRAC via the "Book Now" button on our Facebook page.

Swimming Lessons

Swim lessons recommence on the 9th of November 2020.All swim enrolments have been contacted by phone or email over the last week.  If you have not been contacted by the centre please call the centre immediately to confirm your lesson day and time.

We are ensuring the Centre is clean and safe for your return, here's what you'll see;

  • All equipment in the health club has been moved to allow 1.5m between each machine
  • We have installed ample sanitation stations (hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and wipes)
  • Our staff will be cleaning the gym  and change rooms regularly. Our out of hours cleaners will be cleaning all areas thoroughly and cleaning high traffic areas and touch points more frequently.

 

Please follow the following health & safety guidelines when returning;

  • When arriving at TRAC you will see separate cueing lines for Dry programs and Aquatics Areas.  Please line up in the correct cue.
  • Temperature checks will be taken on arrival.
  • Masks/Face coverings are required to be worn upon entering and exiting the Centre, you may remove your mask/face covering when in a health & wellness area and performing strenuous exercise.
  • We ask that you bring your own stretch/yoga mat and avoid sharing of equipment.
  • Please practice physical distancing at all times and avoid congregating in groups where possible.
  • Please ensure you clean your hands before entering the Health & Wellness area by using one of our hand sanitiser stations or washing your hands in the change rooms.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the Centre.
  • We do advise you to book in with one of our friendly fitness professionals for a re-introduction to the Gym and possibly a refresher to your fitness program. You can do that by speaking to the Health Club staff directly or booking an appointment at reception.

 
Our operating hours will be as follows; Monday to Friday 6am to 9.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
